Security awareness officer

Education as a cybersecurity defense tool – training for internal instructors and awareness professionals.

This course is intended for those who are responsible for raising awareness of cyber threats and security habits in the company. It focuses on educational strategies, effective communication and impact measurement.

Training syllabus

NIS2 and NÚKIB requirements for user training
Campaign planning, annual education plan
Content creation (training, posters, e-learning, testing)
Phishing simulations and gamification
Effectiveness measurement – metrics, management reporting

Methodologies and standards used

ISO/IEC 27001 – "Awareness and Training" chapter
NÚKIB – recommendations for employee training and testing
ENISA Security Culture & Awareness Guidelines
NIST SP 800-50 (Awareness and Training Programs)

Final exam

The course is concluded with a knowledge test and design of your own mini-campaign.

Successful participants will receive a „Certificate of Competence for the role of Security Awareness Officer“.
